The Cold Standard provides cold plunge and cold-water immersion service, maintenance, and related support in our service areas. Service requests submitted through our website, by phone, or via a manufacturer warranty partner are an inquiry — service, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed by us directly.
When you provide your mobile number in connection with a service request or an existing service relationship, you agree to receive service-related (Customer Care) text messages from us — including scheduling, arrival-window confirmations, updates, and support.
How we handle your information — including that we never share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing — is described in our Privacy Policy.
Enrollment in our certification courses and credentials (CSCT, CSST, CSFO) — including fees, refunds, exams, credential use, and revocation — is governed by our separate Certification Terms & Refund Policy, which apply in addition to these Terms.
Fees for services are as quoted or agreed. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Amounts due are payable per the terms communicated at the time of service.
Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cold Standard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, with an updated effective date.
