Cold plunges require water chemistry testing weekly, filter cleaning every 2-4 weeks, and chiller inspection monthly. Our Essential plan covers a single visit per month for owners who want the basics handled. Premium adds a second monthly visit and quarterly deep cleaning for owners who want zero hassle. Commercial clients get weekly visits.
Cloudy water is almost always one of three things: imbalanced chemistry (pH out of the 7.2-7.6 range or low sanitizer), a clogged or undersized filter, or biofilm forming on surfaces and plumbing. Cold water has different dynamics than a hot tub — chlorine is less effective below 60°F, so most owners under-sanitize. We diagnose the root cause on the first visit and rescue the water without a full drain in most cases.
The most common chiller issues are clogged condenser coils (cuts cooling capacity 30-50%), insufficient airflow clearance around the unit, low refrigerant from a slow leak, or a failing compressor. If your delta between set temp and actual temp is greater than 3°F, your chiller has a problem. Our $170 service call covers a full diagnostic and we quote any repair before doing the work.

For example, Commercial Pro is $599 / 4 weeks for the first plunge and $249 / 4 weeks for each additional plunge — so a 4-plunge gym pays $599 + (3 × $249) = $1,346 every 4 weeks for weekly service. Multi-location operators get 5% off across the entire relationship for 3 or more locations.
