Our work is guaranteed for 90 days.

Every repair we complete carries a 90-day repair warranty on our workmanship. If the component we repaired fails because of how we did the work — within 90 days of service — we come back and fix it at no charge for labor on that repair. No callbacks fees, no runaround.

Parts we order and install are covered too.

When we source and install a part for you, it's covered under the same 90-day repair warranty (parts & labor) — if that part fails due to a defect within 90 days, we replace it and reinstall it at no charge for the parts or labor related to that repair.

Beyond 90 days, installed parts carry whatever manufacturer warranty applies to them, and we'll help you file that claim.

On a covered warranty repair, you pay nothing.

We're an authorized service partner for major cold plunge and sauna brands (Plunge, AquaVoss, Sun Home and others). When the manufacturer dispatches us to perform a repair covered under your unit's factory warranty, the qualifying parts and labor are billed to the manufacturer — not to you. We handle the paperwork; you just get your unit running again.
