4-week cycles let us run a true weekly rhythm — your visit always falls on the same weekday. With a calendar month (28-31 days), the day-of-week shifts every cycle, which makes routes inconsistent and visits get missed. 4 weeks × 13 cycles = 52 weeks. Same predictable schedule, year-round.
Yes — no cancellation fees, no contract minimums. Cancel any time before your next 4-week cycle bills and the cycle simply doesn't renew. The cycle you're in the middle of completes normally (we don't pro-rate cancellations).
For commercial multi-unit sites, we use sub-linear bundling — adding a second plunge at the same address is typically 60-70% of the cost of the first, not 100%. Same drive, same setup. Get a custom quote for sites with 2+ plunges.
Maintenance plans cover scheduled service, chemistry, filter, and chiller inspection — but parts and repair labor are billed separately when something breaks. Plan members get 15-30% off repair work and parts. Service calls are waived if you join a plan within 30 days.
