Residential plans start at $169 every 4 weeks for our Essential plan (one full service visit per cycle). Premium is $299 every 4 weeks (biweekly visits plus quarterly deep clean). Weekly is $599 every 4 weeks for 52 visits per year ($150/visit effective) — the highest-density residential tier. Pay-as-you-go quarterly deep clean is $375 per visit if you handle weekly chemistry yourself, and a one-time deep clean is $399 flat for a single no-commitment service. Commercial plans (gyms, studios, hotels, spas) range from $279 every 4 weeks (Commercial Light) up to $999 every 4 weeks (Commercial Plus, twice-weekly visits). All recurring plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime.

Standard repair calls are scheduled within 48 hours of contact. Premium plan members get priority 24-hour scheduling. Commercial accounts get same-day emergency response. Our service call is $170 flat — covers the trip out and a full diagnostic with a written estimate before any repair work begins. Repair labor is $185/hr with member discounts of 15–30%.

Every visit includes: water chemistry test (pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, temperature), chemical balancing as needed, filter inspection and cleaning or replacement, chiller and compressor health check, surface cleaning and biofilm prevention, pump and circulation inspection, and a detailed digital service report sent to you after we leave.

Yes. Initial setup, commissioning, and first-fill chemistry are handled by our team. If you've just purchased a plunge and need it set up correctly, we run a comprehensive initial setup visit that covers placement, electrical check, plumbing, first water fill and balance, chiller commissioning, and a complete owner walkthrough.

Yes — Coronado, Imperial Beach, Chula Vista, Bonita, and National City are all on our regular route. The Coronado Bridge crossing is built into the schedule. Same pricing as the rest of the county, no upcharge for the island.

Yes. We service every Plunge unit on the SD market regardless of where you bought it (Costco, Plunge.com direct, secondhand, manufacturer second). Sourcing channel has no effect on service eligibility or pricing. We can also help if you bought a unit secondhand and don't have any of the documentation.

Often yes — we are in active service-partner conversations with several major cold plunge manufacturers, and we already file warranty claims on behalf of customers for several brands. If your unit's under OEM warranty (Plunge Inc., BlueCube, Sun Home, etc.), we diagnose the issue, document it to manufacturer standards, file the claim, and stage the repair when parts arrive. If your warranty has lapsed, we just bill repairs directly. Either way, you don't have to chase the manufacturer yourself.

For commercial accounts on an active maintenance plan, same-day response is built into the contract. For residential customers, we can usually route a tech the same day or next day for true emergencies (water leak, chiller making a grinding sound, unit dead). Pool techs are trained on chlorinated 80°F+ water in large-volume pools/spas. Cold plunges run at 38–55°F with concentrated bather load and chiller equipment that pool techs aren't certified to touch (refrigerant work is EPA-regulated). The chemistry is different, the equipment is different, and the failure modes are different. We do this one thing — that's why our reports, our parts inventory, and our diagnostic playbook all match cold-plunge specifics instead of pool-spa generalities.

Yes — saltwater plunges (with salt-chlorine generators or natural-saltwater setups) require titanium or marine-grade heat exchanger inspection, more frequent gasket and seal checks, and different sanitizer-balance logic. We carry the right test kits and replacement parts for both setups, so brand doesn't matter — we calibrate the visit to your water chemistry, not just the model number.
